We're so excited! Our 8th grade FACS students collected and filled 137 fun-filled bags to be delivered to children in local hospitals. Thank you to everyone who donated!

Teen Rock the Block is just around the corner! Join us Saturday, September 6th for a evening of fun! This FREE event is an opportunity for middle school and high school students to engage with one another and gather information and resources from local community organizations. There will be music, incredible raffle prizes, food, live animals, face painting and much more! All students receive a drawstring backpack, meal, chip & drink ticket, and ice cream ticket.

Mrs. Cruz and Coach Cotrell's classes have been working through their unit called "Our Leaders, Our World." Students participated in a class election for class president and vice president. Show off your team spirit this Friday, August 29th! Wear your favorite college colors and celebrate your school pride!

Mrs. Clark's art classes are letting their creativity flow! Fifth graders are exploring color theory and the color wheel. They’re painting with tempera and mixing primary colors to create secondary and intermediate colors. Meanwhile, seventh graders are creating figure sculptures out of wire, foil, and paper mâché, inspired by artist Alberto Giacometti.









8th grade FACS students at CMS are collecting items to fill Boredom Buster Bags for children who are fighting cancer. These bags are filled with new small toys, games, craft kits, and snacks and will be distributed during their hospital stays. If you would like to help us fill these bags, send in your donations with your favorite 8th grade FACS student or simply drop them by the front office at CMS. Thank you for your support!

School Nutrition will be offering a second chance breakfast to make sure that all CMS students have the fuel they need for an #Excellent day! Breakfast will be served daily in the Atrium between 1st and 2nd block. These meals will be served at no cost to students who missed early breakfast, and a second breakfast can be purchased for only $2.00. Go Tigers!
