8th graders in Mrs. Clark’s art class have been carefully recreating snack labels and painting designs to sharpen their observation skills and attention to detail. By matching colors and fonts and capturing small design elements, they’re discovering just how much thought goes into the packaging we see every day.







This event will provide free hair services for CMS students by volunteer barbers, stylists, and braiders in our community. Our goal is to help students feel confident, cared for, and ready to shine!

CMS Club Picture Day and the 8th Grade class picture will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

We are seeking volunteer barbers, hairstylists, braiders, locticians, and event support helpers. Licensed professionals are encouraged to participate, and community experience is welcome.
The event will take place at Commerce Middle School on March 14th from 1-5pm.
