In baseball news, Tigers sweep the Eagles of East Jackson by the scores of 6-4 and 6-1 tonight. Go Tigers!
Parents and Guardians:
Progress Reports will be sent home today with all students. Please sign and return the progress report. We will also be sending deficiency notices home for any students who are currently failing 1 or more academic classes. If you receive a deficiency notice, please work with your child and their teachers to improve their grades. Any student who is failing 1 or more academic courses can be retained or made to attend summer school in June.
First soccer games of the season are in the books: both teams played East Jackson with the girls falling 2-1 and the boys ending in a 3-3 tie. Lots of soccer left so come out and support our Tigers!
Come join us!

Parents of 6th and 8th grade students:
Scoliosis screenings will take place March 5th-7th on all 6th and 8th grade students. This is a simple screening procedure where the school nurses will look at your child's spine for any abnormal curvature.
Forms were given out today to students if you choose to opt out from having your child screened.
Please return the signed form to Nurse Sandy if you DO NOT WANT your child to be screened.
Congrats to this week’s Terrific Tigers! These students were nominated by their teachers for showing the Positivity Project traits- traits focused on students of strong character, integrity, and caring for each other. We will recognize a group of students each week for P2 Traits and all students are eligible. Display those character traits and the next winner might be you!
